Our Work/ Buckinghamshire
Project Overview
A bespoke media unit designed and built on behalf of a private client in Buckinghamshire. The brief was to create a calm, functional focal point for the living space, with cabinetry that blended seamlessly into the wider renovation. The result is a painted media unit with oak detailing and classic Shaker doors, crafted to feel both timeless and tailored.
What We Delivered
The central section of the unit features tongue‑and‑groove panelling, adding depth and texture while keeping the overall look refined. Storage was designed around the client’s equipment and daily use, ensuring the piece performs as well as it looks. Beneath the media unit sits a complementary boot room installation, built to bring order and warmth to a busy family entrance. Both elements were created to work together visually, offering a consistent, considered feel throughout the home.
Materials & Details
The Media Unit is finished in a smooth, durable paint, paired with solid oak accents that introduce natural warmth. Shaker‑style doors keep the design grounded in classic proportions, while the tongue‑and‑groove panelling provides subtle character through the centre of the unit. Every component was made to measure, ensuring a precise fit and a clean, uninterrupted finish across both the media unit and the boot room.
