Sunningdale is a large residential development in Surrey where we were appointed to design and install bespoke fitted wardrobes and walk‑in dressing room solutions across the entire scheme. Working on behalf of Berkeley Homes , the project was delivered over a six‑month period and required a consistent, repeatable approach across multiple properties.

The Brief

The brief was to create contemporary fitted wardrobe solutions suited to modern London living, while offering homeowners a clear choice of finishes and layouts.

Residents were presented with a selection of contemporary sliding door wardrobes in a range of finishes, alongside walk‑in wardrobe designs where space allowed. Each property had the option to choose between a light or dark colour palette all with integrated LED lighting , ensuring coherence across the development while still allowing for personal preference.

Our Approach

Delivering fitted storage on a project of this scale required careful planning, consistent manufacture, and close coordination throughout the installation programme.

To achieve this, we developed a structured design and production process that allowed for repeatable quality across every unit, while accommodating variations in room layout and individual finish selection. All installations were carefully scheduled to align with the wider development programme, ensuring smooth delivery within a live construction environment.

Our experience working on large London developments meant we were able to manage access, logistics, and sequencing efficiently, maintaining high standards across the full duration of the project.

The Result

The completed wardrobes and walk‑in dressing rooms provide practical, elegant storage solutions that complement the contemporary architecture of Fitzroy Gate. The consistency of finish across the development, combined with the flexibility of light and dark palette options, resulted in cohesive interiors with long‑term functionality.
